Returns & Refund Policy

 

Refunds are offered if returned complete and in excellent condition within 7 days of receipt.
We don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure:
1) The items are packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way
2) You use a shipping provider that offers package tracking and insurance
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Q: When will my shipment arrive?
A: All shipments will arrive within 10-14 business days.

 

Q: What is the difference between the standard and regular fitted size?
A: Standard is similar to unisex tshirt sizes 12 and higher. Regular accomodates size 0-12.

 

Q: I wear a size larger than 14 and want my shirt to fit to my curves, what do I order?
A: All shirts are provided on American Apparel or Bella brand shirts. They will fit your curves. Order one size smaller in the standard size tee if you want it to be fitting. The unisex shirts are true to size and will compliment your curves in any size. They are not boxy.
